How it works
From inquiry to teardown

Send your date, city, guest count, surface and the size you have in mind.
Site check
We confirm space, access, surface and slope from photos, or with a visit for large tents.
Setup
Our crew installs and anchors the tent before your event, along with any tables, chairs and lights.
Teardown
We return at the agreed time, take everything down and leave the area clear.

Tent rental FAQ
What size tent do I need?
It depends on your guest count and how guests will be seated: dinner tables, standing cocktail or a mix. Send your guest count and layout on WhatsApp and we'll recommend a size.
Who prepares the quote for a large tent?
For tents 20x30 and larger, weddings, corporate, commercial and festival events, and orders around $900 or more, our events team prepares your quote personally.
Can you install on concrete, pavers or a parking lot?
Small tents can go on hard surfaces with sandbags. Large tents (20x30 and up) on hard surfaces need ballast, which is quoted separately.
Are sidewalls and lights available?
Tent lights are a +$30 add-on. Sidewalls for large tents are quoted for your event.
Do multi-item discounts apply to large tents?
Bigger-order discounts and Party Club pricing don't apply to the 20x30 and 20x40 tents; those are priced with you directly.
How do I reserve?
50% to book; the remaining 50% on our confirmation call the night before. You can also pay in full at checkout. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours notice. No refunds; we credit another available date.
