We plan the layout around your date, guest count and site. Tell us the surface (grass or concrete) and how you want guests seated, and we recommend the tent size, tables and chairs to match.
Add concessions, inflatables for a family day, or tent lights for an evening reception, all in the same booking.

Site check
We confirm the surface, access and space from photos, or with a visit for larger tents.
Setup
Our crew delivers and installs everything before your guests arrive and walks you through it.
Teardown
We return at the agreed time, take everything down and leave the area clear.

How far ahead should I book?
As early as possible for weekends, since each tent size is limited per day. Send your date on WhatsApp and we'll confirm availability.
Who prepares the quote for a larger event?
For tents 20x30 and larger, weddings, corporate, commercial and festival events, and orders around $900 or more, our events team prepares your quote personally.
How do I reserve?
50% to book; the remaining 50% on our confirmation call the night before. You can also pay in full at checkout. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours notice. No refunds; we credit another available date.
What does delivery cost?
Priced by distance from our warehouse and lower on your area's route day. For example, 10–20 miles is $79 on your route day or $129 any day. Over 50 miles is quote-only.
Can you set up on concrete or a parking lot?
In many cases, yes. Hard surfaces need ballast instead of stakes, which is quoted separately for larger tents. Let us know the surface when you ask for a quote.
Is there staff on site?
The Corporate / School Day package includes an attendant for 4 hours. Extra attendant time can be added to your quote.
Which areas do you serve?
Broward, Miami-Dade & Palm Beach. Events more than 50 miles away are quote-only.
