How long is the rental?
Up to 8 hours on your event day. We deliver and set up before the party and pick up after.
How does the deposit work?
50% to book, remaining 50% on our confirmation call the night before. You can also pay in full at checkout.
Is there a minimum order?
Single-item orders have a $150 minimum. Party packages have no minimum.
Is delivery included?
Setup and pickup are included. A delivery fee based on distance is added at checkout.
Do water slides come with a hose?
Yes, every water slide comes with its own hose. If your outdoor faucet is more than about 15 ft from the setup spot, let us know and we'll bring an extra hose.
What if it rains?
Let us know at least 24 hours before and we'll move your booking to another available date as a credit.
What is the Party Club?
A $49 one-time add-on at your first booking. For 12 months you get 15% off rental items on every booking, starting with your next one, plus first pick of Saturday dates when the date is open. Delivery and other fees aren't discounted. Not for Birthday Basic, Combo Party, Backyard Bash, Big Table or Corporate / School Day bookings, and doesn't combine with the bigger-order savings (you get the better of the two).
